Carolyn Viney has more than 25 years’ experience in construction, property development and real estate investment. Carolyn was previously Chief Development Officer of Vicinity Centres, prior to this she held a number of leadership roles across Grocon including CEO and Head of Development.

Tom is the CIO of SHP, focusing on partnering with value-aligned organisations to deliver affordable housing at scale under an infrastructure style model. Tom is motivated to address the shortage of low to moderate income housing in Australia - which is now at crisis point.

Cameron is an Associate Director, applying his expertise in the development, structuring and financing of infrastructure projects to the challenge of delivering affordable housing. In his spare time, Cameron can be found swimming in the bay or building things around the house.

Kristian is an Associate in SHP’s Investments team, with a wealth of experience across the investment lifecycle in both Australia and the UK. His experience spans a diverse range of industry sectors including real estate PE, renewables and infrastructure projects. In his spare time, Kristian can be found cycling, likely in search of good coffee.

Kyle is an Associate in SHP's Investments team, and brings experience across private equity and corporate advisory in the United States. He is excited to be applying his experience to help provide affordable housing in Australia. Outside of the office, Kyle can be found exploring Australia through running, cycling or hitting the hiking trails.

Bonnie is the Group Financial Controller at SHP. Bonnie brings over 8 years experience helping businesses grow, manage their financial operations and effectively deploy capital. Bonnie is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people she works with and the broader community. Outside of the office, Bonnie enjoys travelling near and far to learn about different cultures and enjoy local cuisines with her friends and family.

Anthea is an Associate in SHP’s Investment team. Previously a qualified property valuer and the Investment Manager at HOME, Anthea brings over 4 years of specialised Build to Rent experience across the acquisition, development and operational asset phases. Outside of the office, Anthea can be found tracking down some of Melbourne’s best new culinary dishes.
