Garry is the founding Executive Chair of Industry Fund Services (1994) and recently retired as Chair of IFM Investors Pty Ltd and the group holding company, Industry Super Holdings Ltd, as well as The New Daily (thenewdaily.com.au). He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Tanarra Capital and on the Advisory Board of Household Capital.  

Garry is a former independent director and Chair of ME Bank and was a foundation member of Melbourne’s Docklands Authority and Infrastructure Australia. As ACTU Assistant Secretary in the 1980s, Garry played a seminal role in the development of the industry superannuation fund movement, and was the founding Chair of a number of today’s leading funds before leaving the ACTU to take on a range of consultancies in the early 1990’s.

Kris Daff is a highly innovative leader in Australia's property development and real estate market with over 20 years of experience. Kris is also the Managing Director of Assemble and Make Ventures.

Kris Daff established Super Housing Partnerships in 2021 as Executive Director and formed a joint venture with Housing Choices Australia to develop and operate the largest privately funded portfolio of social and affordable Build to Rent housing in the nation's history. Super Housing Partnerships is a specialist housing fund manager focused on increasing the affordable housing supply through partnerships with institutional asset owners.

Kris is also the Managing Director of Assemble and Make Ventures (MAKE).  Kris launched strategic property investment company MAKE in 2014 after seven years with Evolve Development as Director. Make Ventures acquired Assemble, and Kris has transformed the business into an occupant-centric, affordable Build to Rent development and community management company.

Kris is a highly innovative leader in Australia's property development and real estate market with over 20 years of experience and has built a career on his extensive experience in financial structuring across all industry sectors, with a focus on residential development.
